Empty "Html only" messages

Hello,

I send emails using MBM for several years only with Html code.
No problem so far.

But recently, some recipients reply my emails telling me they are blank.
Subject is ok, not treated as Spam, but no message in it.
The message contains images and text (in HTML code) and all images used are posted on a website via absolute link (ie : not base64 encoded or anything like that)

Is that a bug ?

What version are you using? On what operating system? Is there an anti-virus running and checking outgoing messages? What software are using those recipients? On which operating system? Any coincidences? I am not aware of any bug like this.

MBM V 6.4 Fr Pro on Windows XP SP3
Antivirus : Avast Home Edition scanning outgoing messages.

For 1000 messages sent, i would say that I get 1 or 2 replies specifying it's blank (yahoo, hotmail, or specific addresses, but not a specific domain)

Try to always use very last version. Right now it is v6.8 and it is available here. It is also better to deactivate the part of your antivirus that checks outgoing emails when sending bulk. If that doesn't fix the problem it is something in you HTML code. Yahoo and Hotmail are the the systems that give most problem rendering HTML.
