emails not going out with 8.4

I upgraded to 8.4 two weeks back, but MaxBulk Mailer is no longer working for me. It says the emails are being sent out, but they are not being received.

What to do?

Thanks, though I'm finding that none of the emails are arriving, not even some. Which leads me to believe that it's something beyond the spam filters. This basically means MaxBulk Mailer is now unusable to me, even though I just bought the upgrade.

What does the delivery report? Does it say the messages have been sent?
