I am trying to get MaxBulk emailer to send emails through my server.
It seems when I use my native address in the sender information
ie. [email protected]
it gets through fine to any recipient, but if I choose to use a name not familiar to our server or system it does not allow the emails to get out;
ie. [email protected]
Strangely we do receive them internally when I send them but not to external recipients.
I need to have their company name visible as the sender information as this will be for future email campaigns for clients who we do work for and they do not wish to have our company name visible when sending mails out.
This happens only at the office, but when I send emails with MB at home with my personal smtp.ntlworld.com account any thing goes out successfully.
How do I get round this at the office, is it the windows server security spam settings or the BT account preventing it?
