Email links/stats not working... kind of.

Hi, we have a dedicated server with maxbulk mailer on. A separate hosted MySQL database and a separate server with the website on.

We have uploaded and subscribed a load of addresses using the MLM PHP scripts.

Sent out test emails, around 9. After a few hiccups and a few flagged as spam we ironed out a few issues we had. Although it hasn't tracked any opens, it did track clicks and unsubscribes.

Then we ran a mail shot to around 1300 emails, it counted all of them as sent, it didn't register any opens, didn't register any link clicks or bounces, but did register 2 unsubscribes.

I was out of the office this day, and tried opening the email on my phone. It wouldn't open any links, to the website or to unsubscribe, on my Nokia Lumia 920 or on my iPhone. It also wouldn't let me open any of the links in thunderbird either. It DOES, however, let me open all the links in Outlook though.

The mailshot was sent as HTML only.

If there is any help you could offer, I would be very grateful.

In order to check MLM, try to log in with your browser and create a list, any error?

Edited, sorry. I created a list and there was no error, but when using the MLM/lm/html/subscribe_single_fixed.php it didn't work. Just went to page cannot be displayed.

Could this be to do with permissions on the server?

I have tried here, your server seems it never end when trying to run a PHP command... Have you reported that problem to them?
