E-mail counts as broken links

When i use http://www.mail-tester.com/ then the e-mail code that is generated counts as [400 - Bad Request]

/lm.php?tk=(long code)==&url=mailto%3Atest%40test.com

How can I solve that? The issue is for all e-mail addresses.

I have turned on link tracking and then I have an e-mail address in my newsletter. When <a href="mailto:..." link is reformatted to lm.php link... then it is regarded as invalid by some spam filters for some reason that I can not solve.

What error do you get? MLM only add some heading tracking code.
