MaxBulk mailer doesn't work with my addresses:

it either cannot connect to the server or says that username/domain is invalid
my hosting is at media temple

Both mail accounts are active and work properly in Mail client.
Anybody knows the settings?
I can not use your product now, feel a bit frustrated.
