dividend and interest

How should I book interest or dividend paid by a stock in my portfolio?
Transaction Type=dividend?
Origin Account=the bank that is paying the money? Or the stock involved
Target=the account that receives the money
Receiver+ my name?

Create an Income account called 'Dividends', then create a transaction using that 'Dividends' account as the origin account and your bank account as the target account.

I know about dividen but when I sold somes stock I receive 'capital gain'.

what type of transection I'd use for capital gain?

Yes, I would use 'Sale' or maybe 'Income'.
