Deleting addresses

This is what I'd like to do. From your help documentation:

Batch processes:

• To remove several addresses from a list at once create a plain text file named 'DELETE', add all the addresses to remove to it, save it and drop it onto the list to process inside MaxBulk Mailer.

I have created the 'DELETE' list but it is not clear to me how to "drop it onto the list" or where? I need these deleted from a remote list which I can see in the MBM recipient window.

Select the list to process and then drag and drop your delete file to it. The delete file has to be a plain text file!

Sometimes apparently the obvious is not obvious enough. I was trying to do it internally having already imported the addresses I wanted to delete. I cut and pasted them into a plain text file named DELETE and then dragged that file (not the addresses directly) into the open recipient window I wanted to modify. Worked just fine. Thanks
