CSS problem

Hi,
I'm sending HTML emails but it seems like css code do not follow up.

I've been using this program without any problem untill recently, so i upgraded to v6.5 evaluation. It solved my problem and it was working with the evaluation product, so I bought it. Then the problem showed again.

It shows well in the preview but comes unstyled in the email.(HTML tags seem to be there, but no css)

Here's the link to my code:

Email OK with evaluation version:

With registered version:

I have tried here with my registered version of MaxBulk Mailer and all work as expected. What I get in Mail is what I get in the preview and in Safari.

It works as expected in the preview indeed, but not when th email is sent.
Why was it working with the trial version and not with the registered?
What are the differences?

Is there a way to completely reset everything?
Like files from the old version?

I'm on MAC.

It works for mw e everywhere. There is no differences between unregistered and registered version except there is no delivery limit per session and no message footer saying the message is sent with an unregistered version.

As I told you before, it works for me on the preview and on sent emails. Everything looks like the online version.

Try to restart the software.

I deleted the program and every files related.
Reinstalled.....and still the same problem.
What troubles me is that it detect the program as registered even tho I delete everything. There must be something more to delete to completely reset everything.

I know it's working for you and the problem is probably really basic, but we use this program a lot and we need it working the sooner the better.

You can't delete the registration file and there is no need to do it.

About your message, I selected 'Web Page', pasted the page URL and sent it. I got the message in Mail. It is identical to the Web page. Is it how you are proceeding?

I tried both methods:
1- Select "web page" and paste the address
2- Select "HTML" and paste the whole HTML/CSS

Both are OK in the preview but not received correctly in mail.

We have Maxbulk Mailer on another computer and tried the exact same thing.
The 5.x version had the same problem so we updated with the v6.5 trial and it worked great. But once registred, the problem persist.

Anyways, what would have caused the problem with the old version in the first place???

I have no idea, I can't reproduce your problem here, it just work fine fine fore me. Furthermore your HTML code is sent as is. Anyway, try to open the preferences and lick on the 'Factory settings' button.

Already done....
Isn't there any way to sort this out?

The problem is really between unregistred dans registred version.
I know it sounds odd, but we have that same result on 2 computers.

Yes it is odd as it works for me perfect with current v6.5 registered. I don't see where the problem could come from as MaxBulk Mailer does nothing to the HTML code. It is sent as is. Open a support ticket and add your document to it.

MaxBulk Mailer sends your HTML as is, with no edit. What exact problem do you have? Have you tried to adapt your HTML code so it is compatible with mail readers?

Stan as you will see from my email - there is clearly a glitch on the Mac software as this other lady has experienced the same thing - worked perfectly with the Mac unregistered version - does not work once it is registered...

Your code has a dozen of errors. I have sent you the corrections. As I told you MaxBulk Mailer sends your HTML as is, with no edit and 0 modifications. If it doesn't work, in 100% of the cases it is because of the code.[/code]

How is it possible that it worked perfectly in the unregistered version ? The EXACT same code worked before it was registered.

I don't know if this list is correct or not but I would bet maps give problems in Apple Mail as well.
