create remote list

I hope someone can help ...

I have been using MBM for a while ... just trying to now get the MLM to work ...

This has been successfully loaded on my server by my web host ...

It seems to work fine, I can see the emails I have sent in the last year or so on the left ...



I am trying to create a 'Remote List' ... but can't work out how to do this ...

I have a MBM file with about 200 clients email addresses is ... I have saved the list ... but this does not create a remote list (I want to be able to see who opens, receives the emails & also offer an unsubscribe link)



Secondly when this is done, I would like to know how to add a line to my HTML email ... that says something like ... If you would like to unsubscribe please click here .... and it go to the web page showing an unsubscribe notice ... as displayed in the instructional video ...


I can't find anywhere how to do these bits ...

Can anyone help with this ...

I have tried this ...

my site //html/upload_list.php

I seem to be able to add my password & a list ... it says successful but then I can't see the list I created, when selecting 'remote list'from the list dropdown ...

I have also tried Recipients > Uplpad to MLM

I can select the list I want to upload ... but there isn't a list in the 'TO' field to upload to ...

I really would like to get this sorted today if possible ...



I also need advise on adding the opt out sentence to my email ...

Both ways are correct, thru the upload page or the MLM upload window. In 'To', 'List' you have to select an existing list or 'New List'.

To use the unsubscribe function just use the [Unsubscribe] tag (in english version). MaxBulk Mailer will create the proper link for you. The substitution text for that tag can be edited from the MaxBulk Mailer preferences, Tags panel, at the bottom. By default it is 'here' so if you add this to you message: "If you don't want to receive messages from us just click [Unsubscribe]." it will be converted to: "If you don't want to receive messages from us just click here.", "here" being a link to the MLM unsusbcribe script. You can use the sentence you like with the substitution word or sentence you prefer. The link will always allow the recipient to unsubscribe from your list.

Thanks ...

The issue I get is as per the screenshot attached ...

In the 'To field' the list has no items, I presume I have not made any lists yet ...

I can't select anything here & hence the upload button is greyed out ...

Any thoughts ??
