continue sending after bad address

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the sending of e-mails.

The sending occurs well, but when an address of the list does not function (error), the software stops the sending and asks me to start again.
I am obliged to strip the address which poses problem and restart the send.
Does the software have to send at all the addresses first, and then to list those which did not go?
Does that come from a parameter?

Are you using current v8? What do you get in your connection log? What error?

Hi thanks for your answer.

I'm not using V8, i am in 7.1...

Error message "the connexion was shutdown by the server".
I'm using 5 connexion at the same time... (default parameter).

I obtain a red icon in front to the adress wich makes problem, and the send is stopped.
I have to click "send" to continue.
