I just upgraded to MaxBulk Mailer 8.2. I cannot get it to connect to my email provider, consistently getting an error window saying that my user ID or password are not correct.
I have never had this problem with earlier versions, and while I suspect that it is an issue with my provider (RoadRunner), I just wanted to check to be sure I am not missing anything in setting up the new version. The connect log shows a 535 error.

Yes, it is a problem with your server, either your data is wrong or the server has a temporary problem, that happens sometimes.
