I am also using this program for the first time and am experiencing problems. I am continuously getting the error that "An Authentication error occurred with the server. Check your account settings and try again".
I am essentially coping verbatim the link in this post. I also know there are no problems with my GoDaddy account as I am able to log in there and whatnot just fine.

Just to be sure - is "<your_Account_Name>" my login ID? My customer #? Or the email from my domain name? I've tried all of these, by the way, to no avail.

Any thoughts??

The settings are the same as the one you are using with your other email software.

Thank you for your response.
I am not sure what you mean by other email software. I'm not useing anything other than MaxBulk tied to my GoDaddy account. I have typed in EXACTLY the information your reference guides say in regards to sending through GoDaddy accounts, but am stillg etting an error message about authorizing the account. I've called GoDaddy as well, and they said there was nothing they could do additional to help. I know my accountID and password all function fine when logging into GoDaddy.
Please advise on what else I can try. Also - what specifically needs to be in the "Account ID" field - account login name, account ID #, or godaddyemail? As I mentioned, I've treid all three and none of them have worked.

All the information I have from GoDaddy is on the page I sent you the link of. I don't know anything else. That page was created with info sent by other GoDaddy customers. I am not a GoDaddy customer and I have nothing to do with them. About what you have to use as the SMTP server user ID, you should ask to GoDaddy.
