connection error

Hi
I am a new user of this software and have set it up too what it asks and the info from the web site but when i try sending the emails it says it connects to the server of smtp.orangehome.co.uk verifies the everything but then comes up with

fatal error, giving up
421 - cannot connect to smtp server 193.252.22.134
(193.252.22.134:25) connect error 10060

when disconnecting from pop
and i cant seem to change it if i change anything on settings i.e the pop,esmtp,apop nothing happens it justs hangs either when looking for smtp or when disconnecting from pop,

can anyone help please

Yes i have been on the website and got it from there and i have tried typing it in numerous times and still the same

It doesn't work for me either, not even thru a Telnet connection. Is it possible that server is restricted to users connecting thru a given ISP?
