Connecting to smtp on Pair.com

I can't seem to make a connection to my relay service on Pair.com
I tried several different settings, but nothing seems to work. I tried SSL 2/3 and no SLL but not getting anywhere. I think there are too many options, so a little help appreciated. I can log in to my web mail account via a browser with my username and password, but it doesn't seem to work here.:
Incoming POP3/IMAP and Outgoing SMTP server:

  autox9bf.mail.pairserver.com

For both Incoming and Outgoing mail server connections, secure SSL connections MUST be used (plain authentication). The port numbers which need to
be used for secure connections are listed below:

  POPS: 995
  IMAPS: 993
  SMTPS: 465

I use Pair as well. My Pair account uses a POP authentication, have you tried that?

Try to set the authentication to ESMTP and the security to 'TLSv1 Exp'. Do not specify any port, MaxBulk Mailer will use the right SSL port automatically.
