Confirmation not being sent

Installed MLM and partially working. Template file for subscribing processes to the point of indicating 'Request has been received successfully'.

The confirmation email never arrives.

Any ideas?

I have tried your URL here and the confirmation email is sent to me as expected. Look at your spam box.

Weird

OK, checked spam for all the email accounts tested - nada.

Then sent a direct email to one of the email accounts - arrived in seconds.

Any other ideas?

No. The script works fine and it is sending the email as expected. Try to use a different email account.
