Complaints from Unsubscribers

Hi, I am getting complaints from people who unsubscribed from our list, but who are continuing to get our emails. I went through and looked at the unsubscribe emails and blacklisted them all.

I would like to know why it is not removing them.

I will need more info about your settings, are you using MLM? Local lists? Remote Lists?

there are about 5 different remote lists i'm sending to

Do you select that remote list in MaxBulk Mailer before sending your message?
