Collecting addresses from Thunderbird folders

Hi,

I have had many people send emails who wish to support what we are doing and as they come in one by one, I have just transferred them to a folder within TB.

What is the easiest way for me to now place these addresses in a MAX d'base?

Everything's cool now thanks Stan.

Bought Extractor then used that. I have a post there that explains what I did
in case others are looking fopr ther same thing.
