Click-through tracking link not working

Hi, I have just successfully installed your entire email platform and was doing a simple test and checked the "Click-through tracking" box in the General section and got the following error for 2 website links and the Unsubscribe link. I then unchecked it and still got the error on the unsubscribe section.

Can you please help. I added the phase at the end of the [Unsubscribe].

In the MaxBulk Mailer preferences check whether the MLM URL is the absolute lm.php URL.

Thanks. I do not see a choice for "absolute" in the preferences. I have 8.4.9 installed on Mac.

I did figure out that you can't have the Click-through tracking checked when sending Text emails you have to use
Styled Text.

OK, I have the absolute url added.

I've checked folder permissions of the Im folder and the Unsubscribe URL gives me a hosting error.

Any ideas.

Check the lm folder and the lm.php file permissions. Even http://seethis2.com/lm/lm.php returns an error.
