Click-through tracking is grayed out.

I have installed MLM and it is all setup but the Click-through tracking setting is grayed out. Why?

If you are talking about "Remote Lists" under "General Preferences", yes.

I tried to setup MLM using MaxBulk Mailer but it stopped after installing. I tried it again, and it stopped in the same place. So, I uploaded it manually, set my info in the "lm_settings.php" file. I can connect to the database as it shows under "Recipients/Remote Lists".
