Click Through and mailto: link is not working

Click Through and mailto: link is not working.
All other links work with click through but openeing a mailto link not
What can I do?

What format are you using for your message? What MaxBulk Mailer version and what MLM version?

MLM unknown(don't see any version number anywhere)
Using augmented text

The version of MLM is inside the lm.php file.
What is 'augmented text'? Styled Text?
