Clearing the Statistics

Hello,

How do you clear the Stats window? I want to start the statistics from scratch. Is there a way to clear everything off?

Thank you,
Doug

You can do that from the History window. If you have used MLM you will have to delete them there as well. You can do that by logging into MLM with your browser and going to 'Statistics'.

Type on your browser the same URL you have added to the MaxBulk Mailer preferences.

Well now that I have cleared the history I realized that there is one person I still want to track. Can I reimport the HTML I exported. Can I tell the stats browser to look for delivery #66

Thanks for the help.

No, I deleted it from delivery/history and it disappeared from statistics. How can I view it? I logged into the php page but when I click on the statistics page it's blank just a white browser window ?

Complex stuff. Do you remember all the data? If you remember it perhaps you could edit the delivery file and add it. THat can be done since it is a text file, the problem is what data to write in it :-/

Can you tell me why when I log into my lm.php and hit statistics I get a blank web page?

Thanks for the help..

I installed MLM manually and it has always worked in the statistics window in MaxBulk Mailer. I really never needed to log on using the web browser until now. When I log on using a web browser and hit statics what should I be able to see? Could the reason I see a blank page be my web browser?

Thank you

You should see the same title bar updated to 'MLM > Statistics', then the delivery list and finally a 'Main Menu' button. If you only see a white page then it is because there is something wrong. Can you see your lists properly?

I didn't use a list to send out the emails. I sent them out individually. Do I need to create a list before I can see anything Also, I found a workaround I went into the lm / traffic / by_recipient and all of my emails were in there.

There is no need to create a list in MLM to do statistics but a good way to check if MLM has been installed properly is to try to subscribe yourself to a test list pointing your browser to .../lm/html/
