Changing the form script - URGENT

Hi Guys & Gurls

I have been using MLM for some time now and just updated to the latest version.

The question I have got is how to customise the signup php files? I can change the PHP files without too much problems but I also want to capture Skype ID instead of Lastname and add a field to collect QQ data.

How do I change the PHP file and SQL db to collect this info?

Example:- http://englishmaninchina.com/lm/html/su ... ltiple.php

This looks as I want it - but it is not collecting the data I need.

Anyone please help??

MLM can handle up to 20 optional fields, they are labeled opt1 to opt20. Modify the sample template to include any of those fields.
