Cash went sending on window xp

Hello,

I've got a big problem when sending my mailing, MBM is crashing every time since version 8.4.6. I tried the update but it is the same. It's a big problem for me because MBM restart le sending process not from the start and not exactly from the crash so people receive mail in doublon.

I'm on window XP.

Have you tried to deactivate your antivirus when sending?

thank you for your answer but I can't deactivate my antivirus.
I think i'm going to stop using mbm, it's too complexe for us.

I only use this pc to send via maxbulk, and don't know the pc world. I'll ask the administrator to desactivate the antivirus, if there is one, and send you a report…
