Hi,
In the current version of MaxBulk Mailer (I'm using the German version 8.3.2-DE on OSX) the import function for addresses does not work correctly for compound names (double-barrels). The problem occurs when "Anfangsbuchstaben in Großschrift" (first letter capitalization - I don't know the exact wording in the english version), is checked in MBMs preferences.
In this case, double-barreled names such "Meyer-Schulze", which are rather common in Germany, the first letter after the hyphen is lowercased (i.e. turns into "Meyer-schulze").
To get the import to work correctly, you have to UNcheck the capitalization feature in the preferences.
All the Best,
