Can't send in a support ticket

Please see the attached image. I'm trying to fill out a support ticket but there is no image with a captca(?) to complete and because there isn't one, I can't send you a ticket request. This is nuts!

Help

My real question that I was trying to get an answer to is in the body of the image. I'll repeat it here. I've already successfully sent a bulk email out. I discovered a few email addresses were incorrect. I've found correct ones and would like to send the bulk email to just these addresses but get the following error message: "Error - There isn't any recipient pending delivery in the current list at this time."


Anyone who can help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
