Can't send email with web site inside

I'm trying to set up a mailing that simply shows a web page. I have followed the instructions, and it shows up perfectly in the preview.

But, when I send this out to myself to test the system, I get a Delivery Report from MaxBulk Mailer, but the email does not reach any of my 3 email addresses.
