I am new to bulk emailing software. I downloaded the v8.1 and am using it in trial mode.
Using the import button I attempted to import a sample csv file. Entire file has 4 lines with first line as header.

v8.1 gives me errors when I attempt to import the file.
I reworked the input file by replacing all the comas with tabs, still got the same errors. What am I doing wrong?
I also attempted to paste the plain text into the Import button paste wizard, still got the same results.
I attempted to attach a pdf file with the screenshots of what's happening at my end and this forum system will not accept the file. Even if I remove the extension from the file the forum rejects the attachment, with error The extension is not allowed. I tried the same with a word file and same result. Also tried attaching the input file in plain text format with and without a file extension same extension not allowed error occurs. I can't seem to get any product or service that this company has available to work right.
