Can't download

Hello,

When I try to download images from a website I have no error in Web Dumper but I do not ia the images in the destination folder.

I try to reset the settings but it changes nothing.
I had no problem with the trial version.

Have you an idea ?

Can you see Web Dumper downloading those pictures? Do see the image URLs in the Web Dumper list?

Yes, I see all URLs, but my destination folder is empty.

Are you sure you are looking in the right folder? Sometimes pictures are stored in a different server and as a result they will also be stored at a different folder level. If you are only interested in pictures you could set Web Dumper not to rebuild the folder tree locally.

All seems correct. Have you tried to save to C:?

Are you sure the destination folder is writable, I mean, you have rights to write in it?
I see some kind of file handling problem here...

yes, and I have try with total control for everyone on this folder but I have always the problem.

Try to open the Web Dumper preferences and click on the factory default button.

Sorry but it is normal procedure, starting with clean preferences. Now set the download place to a folder into your account documents folder.
