Can't add addresses

I have the trial version, but I will buy the standard version if I can get it to work. I have a list of email addresses in a text file, but I can't import them to the Max Bulk Mailer program. Only one email address shows up. I don't have firstname lastname or any other fields, just the email addresses. Is that the problem? Can somebody tell me what to do?

Do you have one email address per line? or is it a big list of email addresses separated by commas?

It's a big list of email addresses separated by commas. Do I need to reformat it so that there's only one email address per line?

Click on the 'Import' button and select 'From Plain Text'. Then paste your list there. That should do the trick.

I'm doing that, but it doesn't work. I'm importing from plain text, but all that shows up is one email address from the file. I get the screen with the fields: firstname, lastname, email address, etc., but all I want is to import the email addresses. Do I have to format my list of email addresses in Excel first?

Weird, this option was created to process comma separated addresses. It works fine for me here. The other solution is indeed to reformat your list, replace all commas with line breaks and drag and drop the file to MaxBulk list.

Everything's okay. I somehow was not reading the instructions for plain text. Or, I was reading the instructions wrong. In any case, it worked, finally.
