Cannot send more than 50 mails/hour....advice needed!

I'm brand new to MaxBulk mailer and would like advice on sending 500-1000 emails per day. I have a good database, however my SMTP server is restricting me to send 50 emails per hour (relay.skynet.be). Does anyone have any advice on the best and most cost effective way for me to move forward and enable me to send a larger volume of e-mails per day?
