cannot open Bulk Mailer on Mac OSX Yosemite

Hello, this is mayou from Japan.
My friend cannot open Max Bulk Mailer (ver.7.9.2) on Mac OSX Yosemite.
How can she cope with it?
Please also tell us if this software is available on OS,Mac OSX El Capitan.

7.9.2 is quite an old version, more than 2 years old. Have you tried with current 8.5.1?

However, it seems my friend still has a problem.
Her Max Mailer was a free trial version, is it the reason of the problem?
If she buys the regular (not free) and latest version of the software, will there be no problem?
