can not see statistic

Hi,

i am trying to find answer how to see statistic. I made one test, open few mails, but statistic is still empty. Instalation was withot problems, I am not expert, an everything is little bit difficult to me, but it seam that your MBM is just that what I am loking long time.

Have you tried to log into MLM with your browser and create a list? Any error?

Yes, no error, just the list which I created on browser (probe) is not vissible in MLM interface, and the second one which I created in MLM interface (probe1) not appeared in Browser.
(I dont know if it is important, at browser are graffich not displayd, just icons...)

Ok, in your tests, what format are you using for the messages? Opening stats are not available for plain text messages.

Hm, you have right, I was on plain text. But now I have another problem - I try to choose HTLM format, write some tekst, and error masage said tome that I did not use HTLM.
I am not progamer, I have no Idea how to make it.
Did I miss something again, or I must now HTLM?

Yes, to use HTML you have to write HTML code or use a WYSIWYG HTML editor that can generate that code for you.
