Can I down load a CSV file

I am about to down load an email list in the form of a CSV file. Will MLM accept this type of file? If not what type of file should I use? Thank You

MLM needs tab delimited files. Just import your list into MaxBulk Mailer and then use the 'Recipients > Upload to MLM' menu. I take note of this problem anyway so we add CSV support to MLM in a future version.
