can´t get statistics

Hi, i can´t get any statistic in my maxbulk mailer, i can connect via web to my mlm add recipients and people to that recipients, web i clic on statistics everything seems fine but i´m getting no statistics....what could cause the problem?

my maxbulk version is the 8.0 pro.

Ok, you sent an HTML message and you don't get any opening statistics? And click-through tracking is activated in the MaxBulk Mailer preferences?

i did not have the tracking activated but i tried sending a mail, just text,with the tracking activated and had no luck...
is it me doctor?XD argggg this is driving me crazy hahaha

The opening tracking works with the Styled Text and the HTML format for messages you send with the tracking activated in the preferences.
