Buy icash not last version in apple store

I have bought Icash in the apple store (39.99€) and I have now the 6.4.2 version with a message who says that if I want the last version I must to pay 49.90€.
Apple store talks about the last version.
Someone can help me?

If you buy at the Apple Store you need to use the version you download from the Apple Store. Don't use the version available on our site.
