Burst mode based on external list and proxy usage

Does Maxprog have the capability to import or to run campaign with burst mode based on external spreadsheet list of SMTP access?

Also does it works with proxies

If the above is not supported, i am willing to pay extra for the developer to add the features.

Right now what you ask is not supported. To use burst mode the servers have to be created in the application, thru the Settings panel. There is no proxy support.
