Bounce Handler not retrieving messages

I just purchase BH and verified my settings. I have several hundred messages to be retrieved but it is not pulling them down.

Based on the default rules, the messages on my server should be retrieved yet nothing is happening.

Here is my log:

Any thoughts?

The POP protocol STAT command is to ask the server how many messages are waiting for download in the mailbox. The server responds +OK 0 0 what means the command was successful and there is 0 messages waiting. Are you sure you are asking the right server? and that the emails are in the IN box?
