I'm having two specific issues with Blacklist and need help:
(1) Adding emails to the list. When I select the list and + to add an email address, then SAVE the list -- the email address is not on the newly saved list. Is there an order that I'm not following correctly? If I hit +, then edit, then add the email, then "save the list as" -- rename it, it appears to repopulate and save it with the new addresses. Unfortunately I added 15 or so before realizing that SAVE wasn't saving the additions.
(2) How does it function exactly? I received an email from someone that was on the list this morning stating that they had received an email from us -- and I had removed them from our subscribers.
