BIG PROBLEM WITH STMP LOGIN

In Settings zone:

I put:

host: pop.gmail.com
Type: POP3 / TLS v1
Account ID: My id from Gmail with the termination @gmail.com
Password: My pass

When i press Start, I look to Log and tell me this:

What's the problem? Where I wrong?? I fell out.

Do not use Gmail nor any free service for bulk email activities. They will not allow that.

One question: Can you recomand me what service to use? No problem if is a paid service.

Any payed service will work fine, your web mail accounts as well, etc.... anything but those accounts from free services...
