Best way to get from online sql to Bulk Mailer in Windows

Hi,

I have XP on my desktop where Bulk Mailer is.

I have a large (6000 entries) MySQL database on my shared server. This database has several question fields in it as well as the email and name fields which I will only use in MAXBulk mailer.

What is the easiest/best way to get the email addresses and names out of the online mySQL and into MAX?

I think the easiest way would be using phpmyadmin if it is installed on your website. You can also use MaxBulk Mailer built-in mySQL import function of course.
