Hi Stan !!
In previous version an option was introduced in iCash to include or exclude a certain account while calculating Balance Sheet.
In attached screenshot, even if I deactivate account named "VPF TATA", the amount is included in calculation of Balance Sheet.
By the way it is an asset account.

Actually that option has nothing to do with reports, it only alter the way the balance you see above the panels is calculated. What you ask is a way to select which accounts have to be included in the Balance report. Not sure how we could do that :-/

I was just wondering why the highlighted fields 1,2 & 3 below are different.
I have activated all the accounts and included all accounts for balance calculation :?

You are comparing two different things, balance and money flow. Money flow doesn't include account starting balances if any for example. It doesn't includes assets either.
