Hi - I use MBM for our weekly email distribution. I was recently notified by a couple of people on our list that they aren't getting our e-mails. They have added our email address to their spam filter.
I followed up and sent a few test emails (on an individual basis to each person) and they were never rcvd. Also, there is no entry listed on the statistics report. Any idea what is going on?
I sent a test email to that recommended email address (spamcheck at sitesell.net) only, which I didn't get a response from and also didn't see on the statistics report.
My email doesn't have much in it that would cause it to be flagged as spam.
Can someone help? At this point, we are going to have to revert to sending emails manually.
