Hi,
An usually large number of emails I am sending using MBM are bouncing. Normally it is around 1 in 20, but currently it is around 1 in 3. Nearly all of the bounced emails are showing as Hard Bounces and 'Undefined Permanent Error' in email Bounce Handler. I am sure that most of these email addresses are legitimate.
Below is an example of an Undeliverable Email that I am getting. I have protected the email addresses in it. I wonder if you can see what the problem is?

On 7th December 2012 the Open Paradigm Project will be running its first ev=
ent, 'Open Dialogue, Soteria, and the Medical Model', a day long seminar in=
Brighton focusing on the problematics of the evidence base at the heart of=
the medical model, particularly for 'psychosis'=2E Two alternative models =
will be presented, namely the Soteria model, and the Open Dialogue model fr=
om Finland, both of which are community based approaches with quite a diffe=
rent understanding of psychosis, as well as a strong evidence base=2E The r=
esults of the Open Dialogue studies in particular are very impressive (the =
best documented outcomes in the Western World)=2E Around 75% of those exper=
iencing psychosis have returned to work or study within 2 years and only ar=
ound 20% are still taking antipsychotic medication at 2 year follow-up=
=2E
Robert Whitaker is a Pulitzer-prize nominated journalist from Boston in the=
US, and author of 'Mad in America' and 'Anatomy of an Epidemic', two of th=
e most popular and incisive books in the mental health field in recent year=
s=2E He will be talking about his research into the evidence base for the u=
se of antipsychotics, which suggests that they may well be increasing the s=
everity/chronicity of psychosis in the long-term, as well as the implicatio=
ns from research into the Open Dialogue and Soteria models=2E
Nick Putman is a psychotherapist based in Brighton and London who specialis=
es in working with people experiencing psychosis, and is actively involved =
in the development of the Soteria and Open Dialogue models in the UK=
=2E He has visited Finland twice this year to study the Open Dialogue appro=
ach, and will be introducing the approach as well as describing his experie=
nce of being with the Open Dialogue teams=2E He will also introduce the Sot=
eria model and contrast it with the Open Dialogue approach=2E

ill be running its first event, <strong>'Open Dialogue, Soteria, and the Me=
dical Model'</strong>, a day long seminar in Brighton focusing on the probl=
ematics of the evidence base at the heart of the medical model, particularl=
y for 'psychosis'=2E Two alternative models will be presented, namely the S=
oteria model, and the Open Dialogue model from Finland, both of which are c=
ommunity based approaches with quite a different understanding of psychosis=
, as well as a strong evidence base=2E The results of the Open Dialogue stu=
dies in particular are very impressive (the best documented outcomes in the=
Western World)=2E Around 75% of those experiencing psychosis have returned=
to work or study within 2 years and only around 20% are still taking antip=
sychotic medication at 2 year follow-up=2E</p>
