All emails from old version MaxBulk Mailer v6.8 to v8.1

Hello,
How do I export/upload/import/get all my Multiple Lists and Remote Lists emails from my old MaxBulk Mailer version 6.8 to my new version MaxBulk Mailer 8.1?
It needs to keep the unsubscribed/blacklist data.

There is nothing to do, just replace one version with the other.
