Adding a carbon copy - cc - to a message

The manual for MaxProg says that you can set a cc address for emails in the max prog preferences/headers. All I get is all my emails cc'd to my return address, as set up in settings.
I'd like to cc all my emails to my capsule CRM programme/customers but can't see how to do it, especially as my Preferences panel for headers doesn't have the same preset values for header name as shown in the online manual. AAARGH! (or perhaps I mean HELP!) I'm using Version8.4.7 - US, MaxBulk Mailer Pro

In the recipients panel click on the disclosure triangle on the left, you will then see a new panel with the Cc and Bcc fields.
