Accentuated characters in message (french)

When sending messages containing accentuated characters like é, à, è in the message, they appear as they should in the preview window. But at the receiving end, it is very different.
I have tried several type of encoding (text, HTML, Text/HTML, Formated TEXT, ...) and different mime (several different iso, windows latin, UTF-8, UTF-16, ...).
Here is the message sent : Essai de message accentué à vérifier. Où et de quel côté il y a des erreurs.
Here is the message received: Danse Passion: Danse Passion Fernelmont
From: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Fran=E7ois_et_Isabelle?= <info@XXXXXXXXXX.net>
To: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Fran=E7ois_&_Isabelle_Louant_?=<[email protected]>

Essai de message accentu=E9 =E0 v=E9rifier.
O=F9 et de quel c=F4t=E9 il y a des erreurs.

Is there a problem with format? I read Format=flowed in header ???

The trouble is that it is what the end receivers do actually see when opening my messages.
They all panic in front of that mysterious language full of E9 and other stange strings of characters they don't understand...
Launching a campaign with this mess is a ... commercial mess!

This encoding is internal. All the email software encodes outgoing messages that way and all email software decodes incoming messages that way, this is standard. Do you mean your email software is not decoding the messages? Have you added to MaxBulk Mailer new headers thru the header editor? If any, have you tried to remove them?

The decoding process does not work at all, on any receiving computer, being Macs or PCs. None of my 250 customers received a readable email. I asked them to reply and tell me what they received. All the ones who answered me told that my mailing was nearly impossible to read, full of =E9 and so on. They get the code on their sceen... If I make a trial, I receive this
Essai de message accentu=E9 =E0 v=E9rifier.
O=F9 et de quel c=F4t=E9 il y a des erreurs.
instead of
Essai de message accentué à vérifier.
où et de quel côté il y a des erreurs.
I did not change the header.
Could it comme from my provider ? Skynet has had problems with its mail box service.

Hi, and Hurray !

I have posted a complaint to my provider.
I was on the verge to loose my hairs.
It took them 1/2 hour to reply and fix it ...
Don't ask me what they did on their side. I don't know.
They refused to inform me what was going wrong on their side.

This thread is dead and closed  .

Many thanks to you
