503 auth command used when not advertised

Hello!
I’ve got problem. Today I’ve bought the smtp-server-access in company https://sendpulse.com, tried to use their settings to start emailing, but the program show mistake «503 auth command used when not advertised». The sendpulse.com wrote me that the problem is in your product, not in their settings.
How can I resolve this issue?
country is Russia if it is matter.

Have you tried to activate the TLSv1 security? or TLSv1 Exp? Anyway if you paste here the text you get in the 'Delivery' panel I can have a look.
