Interesting point about browser cache.
Emptied it. But no change
Tried a different browser which has never visited the LM site : still no stats
But the app does.
Not a major problem for me, as it is the app which is most convenient for me
Small update :
Stats in app do now show Opening actions
But Stats in web interface do not
BTW I had forgotten that stats in app needs the mailing to be selected AND ticked. User interface issue. Possibly misleading results if entry in list is selected but not ticked.
Installed LM (manually because FTP to my EC2 server is a pain)
Can access web interface fine
Get Info And Diagnose are all fine - see details at foot of message
Sending emails is fine
Click through tracking activated
But Statistics in app and on web interface show no data
