Q&A ▸ Spaces disappearing when using the Styled Text format

Consecutive spaces appear as a single space. That's the right behavior actually since the Styled Text format is converted into HTML code before the message delivery. HTML doesn't mind if you type one or several consecutive spaces, only one will be displayed.

To insert several consecutive spaces you have to use another kind of space, the non-breaking space, HTML   displayed as ' '. Inserting non-breaking spaces is explained here.
